Delivering large and bulky goods Australia wide can present a number of unique challenges to retailers. It can be costly and the number or shipping methods available are greatly reduced due to the weight of goods and footprint they occupy on trucks and delivery vehicles.

We overcome the challenges of delivering big and bulky goods by contracting a number of reputable 3rd party couriers to deliver goods to you on our behalf.
What Types of Items Are Big & Bulky?
Some examples of big and bulky goods are:
- BBQ/Kitchens: Which can weight up to 160kg
- Outdoor Furniture: Which can weigh in excess of 50kg per carton and can be difficult to handle.
- Wood Fired Pizza Ovens: Can weight in excess of 100kg
Where Do You Deliver To?
Big or bulky goods (like BBQ's & outdoors furniture) will be delivered to a safe or easy to access location in accordance with the couriers OH&S regulations.
What constitutes an easy to access location is at the discretion of the couriers - who deliver on our behalf - but they are not removalists or installers. You may find you get an extra helpful driver who is prepared to do a bit more but the integrity of your goods and the courier's personal safety is paramount.
Can you delivery upstairs?
The standard courier service booked utilises 2 people in a tailgated vehicle to deliver your goods to a safe or easy to access location. Unfortunately, this does not cover locating goods up flights of stairs.
Additional services - such as a 4 person lift (in Metro areas) - are available but these services require a quote and premium delivery fee for service. Please feel free to speak to any of our friendly team if you require additional assistance with a bulky/premium delivery and we'll get the couriers to arrange an assessment to check whether the delivery can be safely delivered.
Will Someone Call Me About The Delivery?
We always ask our couriers to call you prior to delivery. Generally speaking, the couriers call to book a time and again advise via txt message the day prior to delivery. They may be able to assist with an approximate delivery window (eg. AM/PM) but cannot be more specific with regards to times.
Can You Setup my Goods?
We contract 3rd party couriers throughout Australia to deliver big and bulky items. Unfortunately, this means they're unable to set up or place your goods like an installer or removalist.
